Byron was super helpful and accommodating. He pulled the car into the service bay so we could look at it and not bake in the sun. I definitely recommend requesting him if you're looking at a VW. Bachman however seems like they're really lacking in materials that would assist the salesman and customers. There wasn't much literature on the VW Atlas ( which we were looking at.)To find the differences in features that come with the different trim levels, he had to get 2 papers out of binders, put them side by side, and go down the list, item by item. To make it even more ridiculous, the line items on each page weren't even in the same order. That's outdated and inefficient. Hard on your sales staff and kind of surprising (in a bad way) to customers that you all are so behind and seemingly don't care. My 13 year old could sit down and organize that data into an easy to read/ understand side by side comparison. It seems like management is antiquated and no attempt is being made at getting up to speed. Be better Bachman.

Mostly knowledgeable and honest. The shuttle is convenient. One time gave a free rental when couldn't finish the work by end of day. Some VW parts are expensive not can't blame the dealership for it. Wish they locked the car when they're not looking at or working on it. I wouldn't have to remove all variables from it each time. Currently, they only lock it when they're done working on it

Les in sales and Ryan in finance made the car buying process a great experience. They were both professional and very personable. In the days leading up to our purchase, Les routinely made himself available to talk on the phone, and did not hesitate to go above and beyond to answer our questions. We live 3 hours away, and had a limited window of time to make our purchase. Les worked around our schedule and was ready to start the process when we arrived. Ryan thoroughly explained the ins and outs of the warranty coverage, service options and optional Bachman protections. He was able to create a customized package of coverage that met our needs, and that flexibility left us feeling empowered in our purchase. If you are in the market for a VW and live anywhere near Louisville, at least check out Bachman. You will not get a better deal elsewhere.
When we arrived all the sales people were very busy, but they were very nice and worked quickly so we only had to wait 5 minutes. The salesman went straight to work asking us what were interested in and after a moment of showing us around the used car we were test driving it. He explained the pricing thoroughly so that we knew what kind of deal we were getting and got us all the information he could about the vehicle. We had to wait quite a while to speak to financial people and got hungry, he offered to get us some food and refreshment multiple times out of concern. When it came to financing, both the salesman and the finance manager gave us advice and sound recommendations. Overall it was a pleasant experience and would give them 5 stars out of 5.
