Please read the dates on some of these reviews since one is at least 8 years old. That being said, I bought a 2009 Volkswagen Rabbit from them and they gave me a great price, and have been servicing the car with expert mechanics. Great lounge area, free coffee and drinks not to mention pastries in the early morning and when you leave they give you some of the best chocolate ever. Yelp states they open at 9, which is not the hours of the service department, which opens at 7:30. Sure they are busy and there is a wait time, but what other service center does not have a wait time? It is the quality that counts for me. Always a professional attitude and they treat me like family, plus, and a bog one, I get the military discount. Would not go anywhere else even though it is a 45 to 60 minute drive!
